Svetlana Stolyarova is a community organizer, arts administrator, producer, and co-founder and Executive Director of The Stars of Summer International Competition & Festival.
With a background in music and Western philosophy, she has spent many years developing cultural and educational initiatives that connect emerging artists with professional performance opportunities.

She is also co-founder of The Stars of Summer Masters, an initiative presenting established international artists and creating connections between accomplished professionals, teachers, and the next generation of musicians.
As a producer and arts advocate, she has organized concerts, festivals, competitions, and international artistic collaborations in Cleveland and beyond.

Stolyarova has been nominated for Cleveland International Hall of Fame, Class of 2025 inductee

For the 7th Stars of Summer Competition, Svetlana Stolyarova serves as a Floating Judge, adjudicating entries where an independent evaluation is required because of a jury member’s direct teacher-student relationship with a contestant.
